At the Heart of Learning: Trust, Care, and Faith

At KCA, we believe every child learns at their own unique pace. Our mission is to provide a positive, Christ-centered environment where each child can develop core skills while building a strong foundation for future success. Partnering with parents, we aim to prepare every child for a life of purpose and achievement.

Our educational approach combines trust, love, and care with a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. With intentional teaching practices and meaningful relationships, we help your child grow, learn, and thrive.

Pre-K Program Highlights

Our Pre-K program is built on the Creative Curriculum, a comprehensive, research-based approach that uses exploration and discovery as pathways to learning. This curriculum fosters confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills while providing developmentally appropriate, content-rich experiences for children of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. With clear goals and objectives, educators can effectively track each child’s learning and growth.

In addition to academic development, your child will experience fun Bible stories and engaging worship time through the **Gospel Light Curriculum**. Weekly Bible lessons, a monthly Bible verse, and activities rooted in the Word of God encourage spiritual growth. Each child receives a "God’s Story for Me" Bible Story Book upon enrollment, and we encourage parents to review the stories and Bible verses at home to strengthen these lessons.

Curriculum and Development

A weekly lesson plan will be shared through your Brightwheel app, outlining the activities your child will learn.
By weaving hands-on, play-based experiences through these ten domains, the Creative Curriculum ensures that children develop holistically—socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively, and creatively—setting a strong foundation for their future learning.

The Creative Curriculum is built around 38 Objectives for Development & Learning, organized into ten key domains. The domains include:
