Summer Camp Registration 

Stephens City, VA ​

Enrollment for KCA's Summer Camp is now open! Our faith-based summer camp serves children ages 6 - 11 years old and we are located in-between Stephens City and Winchester, VA. Space is limited and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

​

How to Register:

  • Complete the Summer Camp Registration Form

  • Submit the $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your child's spot 

  • Receive a confirmation email with next steps and billing details 

​

Important Enrollment Information:

  • Campers must enroll for a minimum of 4 weeks during the 10 - week summer program 

  • Families may choose between 3-day or 5-day weekly attendance 

  • Weekly tuition is billed through Brightwheel 

Program Overview

Our summer camp provides a safe, engaging, and structured environment designed for children to explore new interests, build friendships, and grow through hands-on experiences. Each week features a unique theme that guides activities such as crafts, science experiments, team challenges, outdoor play, sports, and special events.

KCA's Summer Camp blends structured activities with free play to create a balanced, exciting day for campers. Each week features a unique theme that guides games, crafts, sports, and enrichment activities. As a faith-based program, we also incorporate age-appropriate lessons that encourage kindness, character, and growth.

Daily Schedule 

While some activities vary by theme and weather, our typical day looks like this: 

 

 

  •  â€‹7:30 - 8:15AM: Arrival and Free Choice Play

    • Campers check in, get settled, and enjoy calm activities like games, building, drawing, or reading.​

  • 8:15 - 8:30AM: Morning Meeting

    • Welcome, attendance, weekly theme preview, a short devotional, and a fun group icebreaker.​

  • 8:30 - 9:30AM: Theme Activities and Projects 

    • Hands-on crafts, STEM challenges, creative projects, and small-group activities tied to the weekly theme.​

  • 9:30 - 9:45AM: Snack and Hydration Break​

  • 9:45 - 11:00AM: Outdoor Play and Sports

    • Playground time, group games, and on select days, water play and special outdoor activities.

  • 11:00 - 11:30AM: Bible story or devotional, character lessons, read-alouds, journaling, or calm indoor activities. 

  • 11:30 - 12:00 PM: Lunch

  • 12:00 - 12:40PM: Choice Stations and Enrichment

    • Campers choose from art, building, games, reading, dramatic play, and maker activities.​

  • 12:40 - 1PM:  Closing Circle and Dismissal

    • Pack up, reflect on the day, preview tomorrow, and dismiss in an organized manner. ​

Staff & Safety

Your child's safety is our top priority! â€‹

  • Camp Supervisors are 18+ years old with CPR, First Aid, AED, and MAT training

  • Camp Leaders are 16+ years old with CPR, First Aid, and AED training

  • All staff undergo background checks 

  • Clear safety, supervision, and emergency procedures are followed at all times.

Summer Camp Payment & Fees

Give your child a summer filled with fun, faith, friendship, and unforgettable experiences!

Weekly Tuition Options: 

​

- 3 Days per Week: $135

- 5 Days per Week: $225

​

Registration Deposit: A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due at enrollment to secure your child's summer camp spot. Campers must enroll for a minimum of 4 weeks during the 10-week program. 

​

Tuition Schedule: Tuition is billed weekly. Invoices are sent each Thursday and payment is due my Monday morning prior to attendance. Tuition must be paid in full for the week in order to attend. 

​

Refund Policy: Tuition is not refundable or prorated for absences, illness, vacations, or early pick-ups. Weekly tuition reserves staffing and materials regardless of attendance. Make-up days are not available.​​

​

Meals & What to Bring 

  • We provide a daily snack

  • Campers must bring: 

    • A labeled lunch ​

    • A refillable water bottle

    • Sunscreen

    • Comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes
